- Kannada Class:
Kannada Classes are being conducted for the members and their family members. The aim is to promote an opportunity for all Kannadigas and non Kannadigas residing in Muscat a chance to learn and stay connected with Kannada language, literature, art and culture. As a result of overwhelming support by parents in Muscat, this year we have 4 batches having above 50 learners.
- Incredible India participation:
Organized by Lulu hypermarket in association with Indian Embassy, the show features a spectacular mix of shopping, winning, family entertainment. The Incredible India Show is a one-of-its-kind event, which is designed to recreate the splendors of India through the numerous states, its diverse cultures, rich heritage enacted through exotic folk dances or ethnic form of the dance.
- In house activities:
Provides a platform for displaying inherent talents of Members and their families by conducting various entertainment programs and competitions Ugadi/Singing/Coloring & Painting/Dance/Sports etc.
- Mega Events With Guest Artists:
Organize events inviting renowned artists of Karnataka from the field of Art and Culture, Drama & Music. More than 25 shows involving several hundreds of artists, have been held in the past 8 years
- Competitions:
ISCKW have participated in various Music and Sports competitions held in the Sultanate and have won several prizes. (ISCKW are the winners of Cricket Tournament conducted by Marathi Wing in the year 2009 and are the winners of Group Singing competition conducted by Indian Social Club for the year 2009)
- Community Service:
ISCKW participates and organizes programs for various social causes. Blood Donation Camp, Breast Cancer Awareness program, Flood/Drought Relief Fund, to name a few.
